With appreciation for customer service, with customer first mindset; some companies do very well at this.

@AmericanAir are ‘The View’ of airlines. Had a flight delayed for mechanical issues. They smartly changed our plane and moved everyone to a new gate. The substitute plane has mechanical issues. Now delayed over 3 hours for incompetence
