@leighgriffin I'd love to take a look. Modern use of Kaizen is HIGHLY aligned in a tech world with Lean and systems like @Scrumdotorg built around fast recognition and delivery of a high quality increment. The concept goes back to Kodawari and the Shu-Ha-Ri learning models for example.
