Having Willis leave as a starting level QB puts us in that rare position. Not having a 1st in ‘26 or ‘27, gathering as much capital in a loaded 2027 class is immensely important.

He’s built championship rosters, doing the job better than most. Our losses have fallen on injuries and underperforming.

No draft pick is guaranteed, and it’s not guaranteed a team will even be willing to part with a player you might covet.
