@zermatist Second, the principle way most people learn about the rich tradition of western music these days is through piano lessons as children. But piano lessons now have enormous competition due to guitar lessons. Guitar is more accessible, user friendly, and cheaper than piano.
@zermatist Now however, tens of thousands of songs and works have been recorded and saved forever in the last several decades. It's difficult for people to have time to pick out the traditional music given the massive volume of available music.
@Ian_A_Boyd Seven Nation Army- White Stripes, Elephant
Whole Lotta Love- Led Zeppelin II
Crazy in Love- Beyoncé (I’m not a big fan of her, but that was the first song on her first album after Destiny’s Child, quite a statement)
