What stands out to me is that HUMAIN is thinking beyond infrastructure and models. In my view, integrating a real human understanding layer into that stack could make it something more than just AI a system that starts with an expectation of the person, not only the prompt. I think that becomes possible when a layer like ours is added to HUMAIN.
@humansand User models are only the beginning. The real challenge is predicting how one specific human will react before the response exists. We’ve already built and tested that layer
@sama Something that helps GPT understand the individual human earlier — not just what they say, but how they’re likely to react, decide or change under pressure.
@OpenAIDevs More history makes personalization better.
The harder problem is the first few interactions when the AI doesn’t know you yet, but still has to decide how to deal with you.
@OpenAI The interesting shift is from evaluating one interaction to understanding risk across interactions.
The next question is whether the system can recognize the human pattern behind them.
@MichaelDell The really interesting part starts when AI can predict the feedback before it gets it. Not average human behavior. A specific person’s reaction.
@paulg AI made building dramatically easier. Figuring out what a particular human will actually want, trust, or respond to didn’t get easier at the same rate.
@JensenHuang@elonmusk The last 10 years were about machines becoming dramatically more intelligent. The next 10 may be about how well they can anticipate the individual human in front of them.
@sama Making powerful models available is probably the right direction. but as capability spreads, understanding who the system is acting for and what they actually intend starts to matter a lot more.
@natolambert Interesting area. one thing i keep wondering is whether character training should eventually include a stable model of the human it’s interacting with, not just the model itself.
@OpenAI the engineering here is impressive. curious if future systems will also have a stable human context layer before the first exchange, not just a better conversation once it starts.
