@cmdbpcl@BPCLimited@BpclPrayagraj It’s 2026 and you are yet to develop a fool proof system of accurate and adequate delivery to the dealers. The instant incidence is a classic example of how deep rooted these mafias are working in nexus with your terminal officers. Are the safety officers , Terminal Managers sleeping or they have been compromised to this extent? This is not possible without any proper internal aid by Terminal Officers. Let us know what action is taken on this TT.
@PetroleumMin@ChairmanIOCL If a petrol pump dealer mixes any substance with petroleum products, it is considered adulteration and can lead to cancellation of the dealership. Yet when the government adds ethanol to petrol, it is called blending.
From a vehicle owner's perspective, the distinction may not seem so clear. Whether the mixing is done by a dealer or by the government, the fuel composition changes and can affect vehicle performance, fuel efficiency, and engine components. The question, therefore, is: if the impact on vehicles is a concern in both cases, why is one called adulteration while the other is called blending?
The General who never lost a war, Lt.Gen. Sagat Singh who liberated GOA & BANGLADESH, Saved Nathu La from the Chinese amongst other achievements throughout his career had no idea that one day his family will have to face such difficulties getting their small piece of land back.
Why is there no action being taken against @IndianOilcl who are illegally operating a pump without a Valid lease since 2007 & without a renewed explosive licence by @pesojaipur since 31.12.2025 and not vacating land of National hero Lt.Gen.Sagat Singh (PVSM,Padma Bhushan)

All Oil Marketing Companies are claiming no shortage of fuel , no pressure on dealers to uplift branded petrol or diesel, no restrictions on sales , etc etc …..
Now kindly tell whether the document attached is ORIGINAL OR FABRICATED ?
If ORIGINAL, then why has it been not implemented even after more than 10 years have passed and that to which has been duly signed by all three O.M.C’s !
When O.M.C’s simply ignore their written commitment, rather have befooled their DEALERS (Associates) , why will Country Men believe in your above post ?????
HPCL would like to clarify with reference to media reports regarding the letter issued by the Rajasthan Petroleum Dealers Association (RPDA) dated 23.05.2026 and the proposed strike call from 01.06.2026.
There are presently no supply constraints from OMCs in Rajasthan, and Petrol (MS) and Diesel (HSD) supplies are being provided to dealers as per demand across the state. Fuel availability and replenishment operations continue normally.
Claims regarding forced deliveries of branded fuels and restrictions on fuel supply to farmers in drums are incorrect and do not reflect the actual operational position.
Dealer-wise sales, district stock positions, and terminal stock availability are being reviewed regularly on a daily basis, and the same is being shared with the Government of Rajasthan through the State Level Coordinator (SLC) mechanism.
Most of the issues highlighted in the RPDA communication pertain to matters concerning the Government of Rajasthan. In this regard, a meeting was already held last week under the Chairmanship of the Chief Secretary, Government of Rajasthan, where OMCs clearly communicated that fuel supplies across the state remain normal, stable, and uninterrupted.
HPCL, along with other OMCs, continues to closely monitor the situation and remains committed to ensuring uninterrupted fuel availability and seamless customer service across Rajasthan.
Customers are requested not to rely on rumours or unverified reports and to continue with normal consumption patterns.

@HemantSirohi1@HPCL@RajGovOfficial@RajCMO HPCL means Hoarding Petroleum corporation limited.
HPCL didn't want to sell petrol-diesel to petrol pumps to avoid loss.
HPCL want to sell petrol-diesel only after prices r increased.
No supplies concern, just want the sales to go to OMCs @IndianOilcl@BPCLimited to avoid losses.
If there is really “No Fuel Shortage” in Rajasthan, as @HPCL claims, then why is the district administration
@RajGovOfficial@RajCMO
suddenly monitoring retail outlet sales, tracking “abnormal HSD demand,” and warning about diversion?
If everything is normal, then why are dealers being questioned at all?
No shortage.
No restriction.
No advisory.
Really?
Petroleum is an Essential Commodity. So where exactly is the legal basis for this pressure on dealers when:
• No clear notification exists under the EC Act,
• No statutory advisory has been issued by @PetroleumMin or PNGRB,
• No public restriction order has been announced.
Then on what grounds are dealers being informally targeted or monitored?
Either there is a supply concern, or there isn’t.
Which one is it?
Because right now the messaging looks confused:
• Government letters hint at ground-level concern,
• OMCs keep posting “No Shortage, No Restriction” on social media.
So what is the actual truth?
Or is this just another classic case of:
“Everything is normal… but please don’t ask questions”?

@PiyushGoyal@PiyushGoyalOffc@DPIITGoI@JitinPrasada Sir, it is really astonishing to note that despite of raising the issue regularly and sending reminders regularly the @pesoagra office is sitting tight on the matter till date and no show cause notice is issued till date in the matter. @narendramodi_in@NaMo4PM@narendramodi sir this is the good governanance you promised to this nation? The land of Ex-Army officer of @adgpi@captrahultiwari is being illegally occupied by @BPCLimited whereas the lease of the site has already expired in the year 1981. The PESO Circular dated 26.12.2023 mandates cancellation of license if complaint is filed by landlord but the office of JTCCE Agra is sitting tight on the matter for the reasons best known to him.
@BPCLimited is directly involved in land grabbing tactics of an ex-army officer and all the authorities are sitting tight on the matter raises a serious concern regarding the morality of our society.
Why is @pesoagra office illegally facilitating operations of the retail outlet?
Why is no show cause notice issued in the matter till date when the complaint was filed on 19.01.2026?
Despite being aware that a false affidavit has been submitted by @BPCLimited for renewal of said license why the license is not suo-motu suspended for providing false information?
These questions remain unanswered till date and the land of an Ex- Army officer of @adgpi continues to be illegally occupied by @BPCLimited which is shameful for the nation as a whole.
@OfficeOfDMAgra@CPAgra_ The letter from @IndianOilcl@ChairmanIOCL clearly says that the operations of this outlet have not started and no supply is made to them for starting sales.
However , even today the outlet continues to sale petroleum products from the outlet SRS Energy located at Village Beerai, Agra .
@ChairmanIOCL the outlet is selling fuel openly , @AgraIocl says it has not given any permission to sale.
Then what benefit your officers are getting from the dealer that even after coming into knowledge that sales are happening from the outlet, the officers are sitting tight in the matter?
Further , when outlet is operational without permission from @IndianOilcl why any officer of @ChairmanIOCL has not reported the matter to District Administration of @OfficeOfDMAgra or @CPAgra_ to take action in the matter??
Leave reporting to any authority, if the outlet is not granted permission to sale then why the sales are not suspended using automation??
@OfficeOfDMAgra@CPAgra_ Sir, the letter from @IndianOilcl clearly states that the outlet is selling fuel without permission of IOCL.
Under such circumstances the outlet has committed an offence. Request you to get the matter investigated as to how without any permission of @IndianOilcl this outlet is selling petroleum products and take necessary action as deemed fit in the facts and circumstances of the matter.
@PiyushGoyal@PiyushGoyalOffc@JitinPrasada Sir how long will it take for @pesoagra to at least issue a show cause notice in the matter? The land of an Ex- Army officer is unlawfully occupied and explosives license is illegally granted and renewed by @pesoagra under @PesoNagpur . The concerned officers are sitting tight on the matter for the reasons best known to them.
Even after providing all the evidences to office of JTCCE Agra, the matter is kept in limbo.
We all understand why this is being done and the dealer is being favoured for the reasons best known to the officers of @pesoagra .
Your intervention is required in the matter at the earliest.
