Imam Ibn al-Mibrad al-Hanbali also mentions:

“He [Abu al-Hasan al-Ash’ari] has therefore testified against himself that he adhered to Mutazilism and was an advocate of it. Glory be to Allah! Before his repentance, did the Muslims have no imams to follow, such that they had to take as an imam an innovator who had repented of his innovation?

It is as though all the people had died, and no one remained fit for leadership, until an innovator repented of his innovation and thereby became their imam! And did all the Muslims collectively give precedence to a theologian over all the imams of hadith, despite the abundance of scholars at the time?

Ibn ‘Abd al-Wahhāb, in his final year, 1206 AH, bore witness in verse to his Hanbali creed.

❝With what tongue can I thank Allah? Indeed, He is the Possessor of a blessing that has overwhelmed every thankful soul.

@Tez8Tez8 @_Shiroiko @HardenBetter_ If that "Hen (ἕν)" shows that Jesus and the Father are of one divine nature, then it also shows that the disciples + Jesus and the Father are of one divine nature, since the same word and formulation is used for them. The Godhead should consist of 15 persons then.
