@bilko_sergeant@Redcar019284@ClarkeMicah@WaveCatcher25 Well tbh if they exonerate Lucy then there will be no compensation paid to them for natural death. Lucy must be freed without us focusing too much on the tragedies. If the deaths were natural, move on
@JohnPretty2o2o@longi1974@WaveCatcher25@ClarkeMicah Absolutely none. But from reading the transcripts the 'experts' speaking in court totally bamboozled the jury with medical superiority and jargon. They could not argue against it
@matthew_a_bell@guyrowlanduk I remain gobsmacked how any jury could convict...no evidence of a crime, no evidence of intentional harm, certainly no evidence of Lucy doing anything wrong at all = acquit. But even before...no case to answer
@letbymoj Well the parents of the babies are suing the NHS. Already with maternity scandals..
The NHS made more than Β£1bn in clinical negligence payments relating to maternity in 2022-23, out of a total of Β£2.6bn. In the same year, maternity claims amounted to Β£45bn
@ezmehn3y Yes β¦.good old money. This is a strong feature of every single part of this case. Such a shame that all the money spent wasnβt spent on people who really need it.
@JabesAllowed Just read the full discussion on cross admissibility. Myers was so weak in his presenting of argument to Judge Goss. I am interested in Lucyβs claim of PTSD and why there was no support for her
@James_Treadwell@gill1109 Whether it was a conspiracy to stitch up Lucy or not....there is bsolutely no evidence of wrongdoing by her. Yet there is evidence of poor practice by doctors. Have they had a good look at doctor staffing when those babies collapsed and analysed that?
