Journalists name dozens of kids who died directly from the results of Elon and his team killing vital programs that he described as fraudulent.

Elon Musk: crickets...

We can debate whether the US should be paying for those programs, but to act as if a sudden cut of the funding of programs that directly brought critical medicine to millions of people doesn't result in deaths is ludicrous.

Elon bragged about "feeding those programs to the wood chipper." He needs to shoulder the consequences. Your decision resulted in kids dying. Period.
