@virginmedia Thanks. Tried what you mentioned and still does not work. Tried Apple care too. What surprises me is the on a two/three year contract you are selling; the warranty on the iPhone is only one year. This does not make sense to me. I am pay for a brick

@tescobankhelp Very unhappy with my experience with Tesco Bank travel money today.Agreed an exchange rate only to find me incorrectly charged making me visit again in Bicester. Only to say they can correct to two decimal. Loss to customers. Never in banking should this happen.
