Disappointed by my @qatarairways Avios booking ordeal. 1.) It’s not changeable except for dates, and 2.) my Avios refund will take an *unknown* time. Four agents told me four different Avios refund timeframes: 0–2 hrs (wrong), 2–24 hrs, 7–28 biz days, and 14–28 biz days. Insane.

@NGo247 @lucioller @Whoever69825008 @ZackBornstein It’s not that bad. In economy middle seats, you typically get both arm rests, sometimes a wider seat, often a wider leg area under the seat in front of you, a better window view than the aisle seat, and better aisle access than the window seat.
