@qrsupport Scheduled to fly in 2 days but can’t due to Covid-19 border restrictions. Submitted a refund request online 3 days ago and called a dozen times but no answer. Not really acceptable if you ask me, please help.
@qrsupport@qatarairways Voucher/refund request and multiple calls/tweets, etc and still no answer or acknowledgement of receipt. Meant to fly in 2 days and obviously unable to now. Please help, this isn’t really acceptable for allegedly “the world’s best airline”.
@bookingcom@genuineplacebo I would question how valid a 24 hour service is when three days pass and nobody replies to multiple messages and calls automatically get disconnected after being on hold for 25 minutes. Still no answer, quite shocked by @bookingcom ‘s handling of this to be honest.
@bookingcom In the middle of a global crisis with countless travel plans affected & not even as much as an acknowledgement on your site. Multiple messages & calls to your teams with no answer & still facing cancellation charges for a hotel I can’t travel to due to borders closing
