I don't much care for all of this, but I do think there is something kind of relatable about realizing you can't *actually* become immortal and thinking, "OK, second-best option: tomahawk dunking"
men, 2026 is the time to get our shit together. the modern world has made human slop of us. fertility rates are down 62%. metabolic disease afflicts 35%. obesity has hit 40%. 63% are not having sex weekly. testosterone is dropping 1% every year. 42% over forty have erectile dysfunction. sexlessness has doubled to 24%. enough. fucking enough.
reject fast food, junk food, vaping, gambling, porn, nicotine, sleep deprivation, phone addiction, and excessive scrolling. these are your enemies. this is dopamine extraction. they are mining you for profit and leaving you weak and miserable. they are predators and you are their prey.
no, not just this once. no, not in moderation. no, it’s not living life. it’s suicidal and deranged behavior.
sleep. get jacked. eat well. set limits. be consistent. build the schedule. put on autopilot. don’t let your mind rationalize. replace inner weakness with systems strength.
don’t listen to other people’s criticisms. they’re projecting their own stuff onto you. straighten up. let it roll off of you. be great. be unabashedily you. maintain friendships with those who make you better. who inspires you to be your best self. do not continue to hang out with people who encourage debauchery.
maintain good posture. stand tall. get up from your desk and walk around, stretch, do light exercises.
do these things to reclaim your self respect. be a sovereign person. do not be owned by evil companies or influence. do not listen to the critics. build your life systems. make them habits. don’t let yourself talk you out of it. as you gain strength, it will require less energy to maintain.
I don't care how talented you are or how much potential you may have, if you can't consistently do things when you don't feel like doing them, you'll never build anything worth having.
You want to get to a point where you're so into something in your life, that other people's behaviors no longer even register in your mind
Someone randomly blocks, ghosts, or says something weird to you, literally who cares. You raise your eyebrow for a split second, then never consider it ever again
Someone bumps into, stands in front of, or inconveniences you, simply not a problem. You don't even look at them and have no idea what or if they said anything. You just keep walking ahead
It's all completely unforced. You're not trying to be unbothered. It's merely a natural side effect of having a way more meaningful object of fixation to nourish and satiate all of your stores of mental energy
Never seen a respectable individual who loved who they are and where they're headed ever let an external annoyance one shot them out of that vibration
The thoughts in your brain are the safe space and you have no interest in inviting junk in without your permission
watch a child run toward what hurts them, curious instead of afraid. watch how they forgive without needing reasons. how they touch scars and call them interesting instead of ugly. they haven't learned to hide or hate their bodies yet. to fear their hungers. to bury their joy. they laugh with their entire beings and cry the same way, while we've learned to do both quietly, politely, partially. we say we must protect them, teach them, guide them – but the truth is we're terrified of them. they can smell the death on us – not of our bodies but of our spirits – the slow rot of dreams abandoned, of passions buried alive. we claim to guide children toward the light, but they are the light – and in their burning gaze we see the forgotten faces of our own buried divinity, screaming to be resurrected.
i don't think we're meant to be happy. not really. i think we're meant to be fully alive, which is something altogether different. have you noticed how the moments that change you never feel good? how the truths that reshape your soul usually come wrapped in pain? we crave comfort but worship heroes who suffered. pray for easy lives but secretly fear being forgotten. our bodies are designed to crave safety while our spirits starve for meaning. that's the war inside us - between the animal that wants to survive and the something else that would rather burn gloriously than merely exist.
I feel like all you really need to have is delusional self belief.
Everything else is downstream of that. The universe will bend towards you as long you continue to believe no matter what happens.
The reason you have so much anxiety is because you view every decision as an escape. You need this thing to get you to that number by this age or else it's over
What's so bad about today that you desperately feel needs to be eliminated by tomorrow? If you're honest with yourself, it's all stupid and cringe
Today sucks because I'm not arbitrarily impressing enough people who never cared about me in the first place. If only I could craft a widely accepted image that would get you to think I'm somebody, then I can buy myself more time to avoid having to actually be myself
Fuck that. Embrace abundance. Find what gets you excited and just do it. If it doesn't make you excited anymore, find something else and then do that
Infinite at bats. Swing perpetually. Take the timelines out of it and make dents in everything you touch. There's no end. No proverbial retirement. Just an ongoing extended experience that you have the privilege to take part in however you want
to me, the greatest sadness of all is the banality of most people's lives
i'll spend time with my non-elite friends, and it's clear that their lives are devoid of heroism and lore
they lock in/clock in, but they fight no great battles, they dash no great foes
they drop by a club or bar, but find no great loves there
they travel the world, but it is by no means an adventure
they return home, but they are not welcomed by a triumph – no, all they have are their succulents and the pile of dirty laundry they failed to do before they left
“Crazy thought: What if the people you disagree with are not stupid, evil, or insane, but have simply had thoughts and experiences that you haven't which have led them to different conclusions?” @G_S_Bhogal
Every single thing you want in life is on the other side of something that sucks. That suck might be 100 hard workouts, 100 bland meals, 100 hours of focused work, or 100 hard conversations. Embrace it as the cost of entry. The answers you seek are found in the actions you avoid.
Every night human beings go to sleep, lose all sense of their known reality, plunge into an abstract hyper-dimensional realm of infinite experience where time collapses, all moments instantly manifest, and then they wake up and just go about their day.
