HoD is the liable person for compliance of duty hours (13) to decide duty hours of PG not seniors & responsible to teach clinical skills, ward duties and documentation (7) as per ESIC. But HoDs hand over new PGs to the toxic seniors with a free license to inhumane ragging

@MumbaiPolice @asiyakhane3ba Kindly let us know if there is any progress in this case. Some of the private hospitals misuse their approval to run the DNB course. They think the students are cheap labour for them whom they can exploit through excessive duty hours and forcing them to work as support staff.

The Department-related Parliamentary Standing Committee on Education, Women, Children, Youth & Sports will meet on June 1 to deliberate on the use of Pen-and-Paper Testing (PBT) versus Computer-Based Testing (CBT), along with issues concerning NEET and the functioning of the National Testing Agency (NTA).

The Committee is also scheduled to meet on June 2 to review the implementation of On-Screen Marking (OSM) in CBSE Class XII examinations, examine concerns raised by students, and discuss the application of the three-language formula in Classes IX and X.

However, despite being officially invited, upon our arrival, we discovered—through information received from certain members—that we were not permitted to enter the parliamentary meeting hall…Our primary demands include the immediate dissolution of the NTA—which is currently registered as a society under the Societies Registration Act of 1860—and the constitution of a new body established specifically through an Act of Parliament.
