@houseoffraser Shocking experience at Camberley store. Attempted to return Gant polo I purchased 25th Oct, washed it on a 30° before wearing it, but it had shrunk. Lady in stored very rude stating "Prove to me it has shrunk!". Is this correct policy?

@TUIUK Thinking of booking a holiday to travel on 22nd Dec, I'm a little confused with your Covid promise vs T&Cs. What protection do I have in respect of amendments and cancellations?

@TUIUK Thanks Huel. I'm still confused which policy applies, the free change up to 28 days before travel (which would not apply in my situation), or right up to day of departure. Would really appreciate a straight forward answer so that I can go ahead and book.
