@TUIUK so disappointed with our TUI / First choice holiday. Day 5 after arrival, still no bed allocated for our 5 year old and the promised room nextdoor for our teenagers is actually over the other side of the hotel. TUI team terrible at customer service. #conned @andrewflintham

@TUIUK Yes we have raised it with the hotel. The hotel are doing what they have been told through the TUI system and will not adapt. However the TUI system is feeding very bad information and there is zero flexibility from TUI reps

@TUIUK We raised it with the rep here as we arrived, 6 days ago. They blame the TUI retail store, yet it's not the store it's the local team and hotel who are the only ones able to resolve it. They won't even provide details of the resort manager. Please try and support us
