@andybudd Watch out if you have a still warm scone. Won't matter which you put on first, the warmth will make everything slide off, probably as you're about to take a bite.
@worddoodles_EP Run before work followed by hot shower, then take the dog for a walk at lunch to get the blood moving again so I can feel my feet for the afternoon. Also several knitted blankets.
The default assumptions from non-research stakeholders are often:
👀Qualitative research - made up, just some opinions, not statistically significant.
📊 Anything on a graph - 100% true, we've interpreted it correctly and it is representative of the world.

The Break Up Letter, can help understand why a user might separate from your product or service. In this creative method, you ask the participant to write a breakup letter. In this letter, you ask them to write about the reasons why they “broke up” with your product or service.
