They're nuisance lawsuits & entities he sues know it's cheaper to settle than legal fees. He's a bully who sues small businesses who can't fight.

Their parent company, Paramount Global, settled because they had a pending $8 billion merger with Skydance Media and needed FCC approval. They (rightly) feared Trump retribution if lawsuit wasn't settled.
