@airindiain I doubt the 'constantly following up' bit. This issue is unresolved for 7 months! And your baggage team doesn't give a damn about any issue. Else the least they would do is pick up the phone or respond on mail!

Pathetic service and resolution from the Jio team. Activated an IR pack which never worked, despite numerous attempts to speak to Jio care. No refund issued even after following up for a 1.5 months and talking to customer care on mail and over the phone.
