Congratulations to China Overseas Engineering Group Company Limited (COVEC) for making two new world records in Nepal. The TBM tunnel of the Sunkosi Malin Diversion Multipurpose Project monthly advancement exceeded 1,503.3 meters, breaking the world record of 1,224.13 meters made by COVEC in 2023. In the same month, COVEC also made a world record of 72.68 meters daily advancement for the same type of 6-meter-class double-shield TBM project.
