@mattstallbaum @kneesovertoesg @mrFOAMERSIMPSON The 1.0 is more of a lifestyle/lifting sneaker and the 2.0 is built more for sport performance. We’d recommend the 2.0 for pickleball!
7/8. Flexibility Routine
I’ve made dozens of threads about this, and future threads will continue to break down each step.
Entire threads can and will be made on each individual section of today’s overview thread.
Knee Ability For Young Athletes
My chronic knee pain started at age 12.
By 18 I was a surgical mess.
This formula now has thousands of success stories for adults, with zero equipment.
Here’s how I would adapt it for my younger self.

Update on Wearing Foot-Shaped, Zero-Drop Sneakers For Over a Year
I look for rightness. If you have something negative to say about Nike, please skip it. I’m not stupid. My goal is helping others think for themselves, so I never have to criticize. Make solutions, teach solutions, and let people come to their own conclusions. Power up. Does that make any sense?

Thank you for watching. 👊❤️
I want to credit Nike for their new kids shoe.
I don’t think I can explain it any better than they do:
“We designed the Nike Swoosh 1 to give their feet the crucial tools they need for natural development and to help prevent foot issues in the future.”
I believe in the same concept and I’ve been wearing a similar shoe for basketball for over a year now.
The foot pain I had from regular basketball shoes gradually went away and is now a thing of the past.
My friends and I made the @UncivilizedSnkr for health reasons - mainly for ankle sprains, because as the heel goes up, ankle sprains get more severe.
Our shoe is foot-shaped, and zero-drop from toe to heel.
Basketball is played on hard surfaces, so our shoe does have some cushion, just not an extra amount in the heel, which was done primarily for style.
To be clear, this doesn’t prevent ankle sprains, it just reduces how severe the physics are if the ankle rolls.
No one really knew what it would be like to play basketball in such a shoe, and I don’t think everyone will like them, but I feel the best I’ve ever felt on the court, and maybe for a serious player this could be a light practice shoe.
Thanks for reading about my unusual ideas. If they seem like common sense after reading, I’m doing my job.
Yours in Solutions,
Ben
