What was previously called AHI (Anomalous Health Incidents/Havana Syndrome) has been officially renamed Directed Energy Bio-Effects (DEBE) by the U.S. Department of War.

This is IMPORTANT.

This moves the language from vague “we don’t know” to explicit recognition of directed energy threats.

We could also do with an investigation into people who were previously flagged. Are they now on watch lists?

@RiseOpenEyes There's a similar sequence with vehicles with anomalous registration plates. Some spell out words. It's easy to do with 🇬🇧 plates. When I went to France last year, they couldn't do it v well - ha! There weren't many Brit # plates on the roads at the time.

@RiseOpenEyes For me, they often work in 2s or 3s. The person with their mobile phone is setting up the next one, then someone wearing big over-ear headphones. They appear as I leave my house, as I approach my destination, when I leave there, then as I approach home.

@PaulGoldEagle I don't get with that alien bloodline story. It could just be that there's an ancient hominid line that died out. Rh- peops are much more common in the Ice Age refuge areas of Europe. And, they can have children with RH+ peops - it's the 2nd child where problems start. Rh- here..
