Watch this video of the young Ayo Adio @iamayolawal intelligently breaking down the cause and crisis of high rent in Lagos and how it can be solved.
Then compare it with the balderdash Mr Hamzat, the Lagos State Deputy Governor and the the APC governorship candidate in the 2027 spilled.
It is scary and sad that there is a possibility that Lagos, Nigeria's economic hub and biggest city, may end up in the hands of such an incompetent fellow, unless, of course, GRV wins!โ๏ธ
I asked the Iyaloja of Oregun market what they use the 2,000 PER DAY levy they collect from EVERY TRADER in Oregun to do;
She said I should go and ask Kabiyesi.
I said she should be able to provide me answers since she is the emissary.
Guess her response?
She will send boys to beat me up ๐๐๐.
Bunch of looting criminals
How can you collect AT LEAST 2,000 naira Everyday from over 200 shops and there is no significant improvement.
Every shop is consistently deteriorating, gutters are stinking because there is no drainage but you will send boys to beat me up after you delayed us for thirty minutes to collect your useless levy?
of course they renewed this peakslop. people only like it because it's well written and well directed and beautifully animated and visually striking and well acted and
Genuinely took a few minutes to make sure the HMO here means a form of Health insurance and not something else. Because as a medical practitioner, this is a severely reckless thing to say.
This likely stemmed from attending to a whole family at once. And so what? Are they there every day? Arenโt we practicing preventive healthcare anymore???
You also donโt know the status of the households and why they chose to utilize their HMO at once. Should they come several times and leave their jobs? Are they not using their money?
I cannot fathom that a Medical Doctor is advocating for the ban of health insurance in a country that has between 3-13% coverage (depending on who you ask).
Not sure why this is boiling my blood so much, but I can nod you for this thing you just said ๐คฌ
I've been paying for HMO for 8 years now and I only finally used it this year for a consultation. Almost everyone wishes they are given their HMO funds instead because they hardly use it.
"There's a way Nigerians behave" and you're the one displaying that behavior
๐ฅน Iโve never been more empathetic or compelled to give someone on social media and sympathetic hug, I share some of this young ladies frustration, Iโve had my Epson printer for five years give or take, I will give a generous estimate of 200 copies I have pushed through it ?? ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ
Just three days ago I had some paperwork I wanted to get to a friend and I decided to use the scanner for the first time, well that ended in failure because the printer was not connected to Wi-Fi ๐ณ
That is a head scratcher for me, how have I been sending documents from my iPad to the computer for printing all this time ??
I thought no problem I just looked up my Wi-Fi ID and password on my iPad, I entered wi-Fi ID and my password โ so for good measure I tried it again and just in case I made a mistake โ so I took a picture of the document with my phone and sent it that way, so basically I have a printer in name only, I checked YouTube where to look for the password on the printer โ
I have to keep the paper cartridge full once it gets halfway through the Stack it wonโt print I getneeds paperโ ๐ก I researched the probleon on YouTube it said clean the rollers โ
I tried after Market ink cartridges operating to save a couple of bucks โ
I guess I will consider myself lucky that I donโt have a Hewlett-Packard ๐ฌ
Just out of curiosity are all printers this hateful ??
