United Forum of Bank Unions (UFBU) has announced a 48-hour continuous strike on 24th & 25th March 2025 to demand:

✅ Adequate recruitment & regularization of temporary employees

✅ Implementation of 5-day work week in banks

✅ Withdrawal of anti-employee DFS directives

✅ Safety for bank officers & staff

✅ Amendments to the Gratuity Act

✅ No income tax on staff welfare benefits

✅ Protection of public sector banks

We oppose micromanagement of PSBs, outsourcing, and unfair labor practices.
