2. lessons.md Every time I correct the agent, the correction gets written down. It reads the file before it builds.

3. governance.md Every evening after the build, a review runs over the day's PRs. It looks for drift, files what it finds.

0. Put the whole design system in code first. Designed, then built. If it only lives in Figma, the agent is guessing.
