📌LETS DECODE HISTORY MYSTERY OF GUNJUR-NEWHORIZON CDP ROAD
I have put up detailed video decoding CDP road delays through my case study. Please revert back to me incase if any data is wrong .

I was supposed to do this in march, was waiting to get some more clarity but however got few more things going by meeting commissioners which I have shared in the video.

The only hope now we have is on GBA commisioner Maheshwar rao sir and BECCC Commisioner Ramesh sir, both are progressive, both have heard us multiple times, both have visited our roads multiple times. We have not seen such involvement from any previous IAS officers.

I have attached the report which I got couple of months back as response for my case,
I had shared that report with one of the media folks couple of months back and was surprised to see them published unasked.
Attached public consultation meeting. It’s in public consultation I mentioned that there are 4 to 5 big ticket items that needs to be addressed referring to the report while they work on land acquisition process. Congratulations, dear authorities. You've managed to turn a residential neighbourhood in Bengaluru's "IT corridor" into a case study on how not to manage urban waste.

While the rest of the city talks about smart cities and sustainable living, the residents of SOBHA Dream Acres get a front-row seat and front-door smell of an ever-growing mountain of filth, just 50 metres from where their children play and their elders take their evening walks, as can be seen in the video.

Senior citizens, who should be enjoying peaceful retirement, are instead battling respiratory issues and infections. Children, who should be breathing clean air and building immunity through play, are instead exposed daily to a toxic cocktail of decomposing waste, flies, and stench. Adults are falling sick with skin allergies, throat infections, and gastrointestinal issues that trace directly back to this negligence.

And yet, despite multiple formal complaints lodged with the Ward office, BBMP/ GBA helplines, and local representatives- this dumpyard remains untouched, un-cleared, and seemingly protected by the one force stronger than any civic law in this city: bureaucratic apathy.

📌Why has this dumpyard not been cleared despite repeated, documented resident complaints?
📌Which specific department/official is accountable for solid waste management in Ward #48, and what concrete action has been taken to date?
