A world class bank with worst class service: today I visited SC-sec18 noida branch for account closure. The server/internet was’t wrkng. I spent 2 hrs still the work has’t done. Work worst then government banks.

Order lunch, very disappointed with the quality of "Paneer butter masala". It's look like some dal having cheese cubes in it. In salad it serves only carrot nothing else. Dessert- moong halwa not cooked property.
