As a CREATIVE STRATEGIST, watch out for these red flags when getting hired:

*NOTE : PERSONALLY HOPPED ON CALL WITH 10+ STRATEGISTS FOR THIS*

1) Free Briefs for 2 weeks and $100 on winning ads

2) Hiring 10 CS and creating a LeaderBoard Race among all and then in the end ripping the briefs and hiring None

3) Making CS work on month end payrolls and firing them - giving them a reason " Ad account Ban" or " Cashout Hold " but in reality nothing like that happened

4) Hiring a Senior CS and Getting in all the SOP's and Structures on first call - recording them and training juniour strats

5) Bunch hiring CS - booking calendly - making them explain Winning ads on call and collecting data of winning ads to rip it themselves

6) Gives false hope that base will be $10K, Gets 40 briefs and fires after 1 week telling them thier ads didnt work without inviting to AD account or Showing performance

7) Poaching from other brands and making them screenshare other brand's ad account and framing it as " Proof of spend " but in reality they are just collecting data from all CS

8) Signing you for 1 brand and making you work for thier 4 other brands with 0 inventory and only pdp.

9) RUO brands hiring you - making you sign a contract and when your ads hit and the account gets banned
Files property damage for 10K - rips you completely.
