@curryspcworld Placed an order last week for 3 items, email rec’d to say all 3 have been dispatched to Royal Mail but tracker shows only 2 have made it to RM and 1 still says the sender has dispatched but not made it to RM. Can’t get through to you so not sure what to do!

@parcelforce 11 hour window to deliver a parcel and you still can’t do it - all website says is that the delivery was attempted or they could not find the address which is a load of rubbish. Why bother saying it’s out for delivery if it’s clearly not!
