[Pat Nourse @patnourse]

Impressed as hell by the Vic's at the fish market. Medical-grade wagyu, Holmbrae chooks, Rodriguez chorizo, offal galore, and fair prices.

[Pat Nourse @patnourse]

At $29/kg the lamb cutlets are cheaper than at the supermarket, plus next door you've got smoked brisket and pork on a bun. Shazam!

[Pat Nourse @patnourse]

Smiling the smile known only to people who have just bought 10 brisket sandwiches at Vic's (plus a half kilo extra meat, just to be safe).
