A new Pope has been elected, His Holiness Leo XIV. The pointiff is the first-ever US national, who served in Peru, before an appointment to one of key positions in Vatican. In his first address, he placed special emphasis on building bridges of dialogue to achieve peace. ul.

In any scenario, decisions of such scale are impossible without changes in legislation and regulatory policies.
Energy security is a strategic issue. Therefore, all proposals from partners must be clearly stated, be transparent and meet the national interests of Ukraine.

Nuclear power plants are property of the people of #Ukraine, managed by the State. They provide over 50% of the country's electricity, thus being a key element of energy security not only for Ukraine, but also for all of Europe.

In such case, I would also suggest that the US consider joining the construction of new power units at the Khmelnytskyi NPP. Recent proposals made by our partners need to be very carefully studied. It is important to understand what is meant by "management" or "ownership".

We also talked about Ukraine's path to the #EU, where Ukraine must meet the criteria for adhesion: rule of law and other democratic values are of key importance. I am grateful for the Netherlands’ assistance efforts that are important message of the power of solidarity.

Prospects for the much-appreciate further support: fruitful discussion with the Ambassador @NLinUkraine, Alle Dorhout. The #Netherlands play important role in our energy security and defense, in humanitarian issues and agriculture. Total budget for support exceeds €17bln.

We also need to work together with partners in all continents to create an effective security system that will guarantee the impossibility of a renewed aggression, in full accordance with the UN Charter. I still believe that common sense will prevail over emotions.

As 🇺🇦 MP, I need to draw attention to the latest statement of the 🇺🇦 Parliament. In the current circumstances, we need to continue active diplomatic dialogue with our strategic partners in Washington DC and in European capitals, proving our commitment to peace.

Ukrainian politicians need to realize, with full clarity, that unambiguous state policies aimed at safeguarding religious freedoms and non-discrimination principles are becoming a key US criteria for forging alliances and strategic partnerships.

Deeply impressed by the statements made yesterday by @realDonaldTrump and @JDVance at the Prayer Breakfast, reaffirming centrality of religious freedom as fundamental human right.
