A new hawker has come up near Kotak Bank, Dahisar East and has occupied the entire footpath.
The walkway is now completely inaccessible first a hawker, next a parked tempo.
Are pedestrians expected to walk on the road with moving traffic?

Is this really how a top bank reaches customers? Even for a basic query, it’s frustratingly hard to get help. Imagine having an emergency! Easily one of the worst IVR experiences I’ve had with any bank.
@ICICIBank has the worst IVR experience ever. It doesn’t understand clear English, keeps looping back to the main menu, and even rejects correct account numbers with “no response” or “exceeded inputs.” Reaching support feels impossible—even for basic help. Terrible system!
