@MyNykaa Nykaa has to be the worst app . They hold orders due their own logistics issue and then delay to initiate refund . Why it is so hard to return customers money when you exactly know what happened, it was your issue. I’ve been trying to get my money back but no response

@SubhasishDTDC @DTDCIndia have the most pathetic courier service . All they do is take the payments , pick your consignment and just leave it hanging. Simply no tracking details of shipment , neither have a sensible customer support that can help you track the order.

to please update me the location all they said is your delivery will be done today and then no one has any answer, they simply try to end the conversation
