@lexmutatio @StephenPunwasi Ok course there will be delay. That's very likely on such projects. Hell even on my home reno the guys spends 1/3 more time than planned.
I guess you either plan loosely with all contingencies or plan so that the client feels happy at first then find problems and extend timeline
