@paulg I did one over FB messenger: collects dreams, asks what is going on, performs weekly reviews, checks my weight, sparring minutes and basically whatever I set it to do 😊
@artfulfuture I was playing World of Warplanes a few years ago. It got me to learn fighter tactics. That got me into Boyd and OODA loop. Ended up a top 10 player so I was recruited in the best clan. There I met a guy who was a pilot and ended up flying with him and cure my flight phobia 🤷♂️
The number one thing my readers ask me to create is a habit app.
I’ve seen many similar apps over the years and I’m a bit skeptical, but that’s slowly changing as more people request it.

Neural connections between the medial prefrontal cortex and the amygdala (emotions). Green is to the amygdala. Purple is from the amygdala. This is not an illustration. It's imaging of actual brain tissue by Mike Bienkowski (@neuralmapping) & @USCLONI. Incredible...
An incredible new animation of the movement of the continents, the great ice ages & ever-changing sea levels over the history of animal life, by Christopher Scotese. https://t.co/OOd1933iIp
@loopuleasa@zaiderrr@jockowillink Ur right. Jocko’s twitter is just for the 4:30 movement (waking up at 4:30 every day...). Podcast is amazing.
But he is The epitome for discipline.
