Thread about my recent (all too common) renting experience. A few months ago the landlord of my 50 year old apartment tried to raise the rent close to the max, so my roommate and I moved out. They now are paying for it.
Twelve years ago, 12 people were shot and killed in the Aurora movie theater massacre. 70 other people were injured.

A pregnancy center can bill the state $14 for distributing diapers that cost the center just over $.25. And before parents can get those diapers, they must take a class that the center can bill the state $30 for each hour of class a client attends.
