I’m blessed posting outside of F3 Carpex this past Saturday. Visited @F3GrandStrand Myrtle Beach at The Pit Stop AO (New Destinations Men’s Shelter). QIC: Head Gear. PAX: Kitten, One Call, Hamburgler, YHC. VIP of the workout: Kitten’s 2.0 Cheetah. These HIMs crushed it!
