I placed a return request, but no one has contacted me or attempted to pick up the item. Despite this, I keep receiving messages stating that a pickup was attempted, which is incorrect.

Worst Service Experience with @havellsindia , the complaint is not resolved even after 50 days. Customer support keeps call on hold for 30-50 minutes every time I call.
