Here are things that could create serious problems for Indian students seeking admissions abroad in MBBS equivalent course on return.
Kindly save their future before their future is destroyed by the rules and regulations formulated by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and the National Medical Commission with serious inconsistency & Contradictions in the Orders, Notifications and FAQ’S.

These 4 pages followed by another 2 pages = 6 pages are part of my longer letter dated 19.12.2023 delivered by hand individually to the offices of @mansukhmandviya Ji @OfficeOf_MM @NMC_IND (the Chairman NMC and The President NMC separately) @ipsvipul_ @ianilradadiya Ji, @drvkbhu by hand as well as through emails but no response, no action so I am posting it here.

This is really a step motherly behavior from the @NMC_IND towards Ukraine returned 1000 students in comparison to the Indian students in India.

Why is this discrimination between the Indian students studying in India and the Indian students studying abroad?

We can not afford to lose the funds spent on our 2 years of education.
We can not afford to take fresh admission.

1. Kindly treat us as humans as we are humans, not animals.
2. Kindly treat us as Indians as we are citizens of the Indian only.

Honestly speaking, it is nothing but a travesty of justice; having different yardsticks for Indian students studying in India and Abroad

Kindly allow us a one-time exemption to take a transfer to complete our studies in any other country.
