Skate 3 has been recompiled!
(Windows/Linux/macOS) (via Rexglue, partial reliance on xenia, but more flexibility!)
Early progress includes 120hz support!
Improvements over original include:
Higher resolutions/framerates Native 1080p/120Hz
With physics timing adjustments!
It's early in progress but I'm excited it has been a dream for a proper PC version! (We don't talk about the reboot lol)
The SURPRISE is:

Order of the Sinking Star will have a free demo on Steam, for NextFest, Monday.
Because the game is HUGE, the demo is huge: it's bigger than most entire paid puzzle games, and you get to try it out for free.
3 weeks ago, I released Gambonanza
Since then the game has reached:
- 200k+ sales (135k on Steam - 75k on mobile)
- 300k+ wishlists
I wanted to share the real numbers, what helped the most, and the things that genuinely surprised me as an indie dev 👀

My reply to someone considering starting a video game company:
The distribution of possible rewards for starting a video game company are generally not very good today. The market is well served, and gaining a foothold requires strong execution on both business and product issues, along with a substantial amount of luck. Plan to burn through seven figures with a not-great chance of making it back.
If you do go for it, some bits of advice:
Identify your customers clearly before you start. Not just a broad community, but specific people, and imagine them as you make decisions.
Initially, build the smallest, most concise game you can imagine anyone paying for. It will still take much longer than you expect.
Once something exists, hill-climb the value. Hopefully you will have some elements that clearly bring joy to people, which you can magnify. There will inevitably be tons of things that people find confusing, frustrating, or just boring that you will need to fix.

This means on April 6, 2026, Gmail, LinkedIn, Microsoft and other Big Techs must stop scanning your private messages in the EU. #PrivacyWins 💪
