@Kreager Not allowing 1x transfer didn't stop coaches from cheating. It just hurt families who followed the rules. Now families have 1 opportunity to have their kid go wherever they desire without making huge financial/life choices such as selling their homes and moving
@Kreager I'm talking about the spirit of the change. Which to me is just freedom to go and compete wherever a family desires without having to move or force a kid to sit out 25% of their high school career.
