@laurasideral I’ve been a beta user of Notion since its early days. One constant issue I’ve had is the poor user experience of the mobile app. Despite years of development, the it still lags. The only problem is the framework; u keep trying new ones, but it needs an overhaul.

@on_running ordered the cloud monster 3 hyper LS top of the line shoes and received completely different size with some cheap shoes. First time shopping from them, worst experience. Customer Service is useless and left me with this cheap shoes for my more than $400 purchase

@scottbelsky@joshm Apps like littlebird which stays on your Mac knows a lot about you when you run the same daily brief. There is another one called Poppy, which have the Mac extension and iPhone app which covers the most part of your life and shows your action based items.
@scottbelsky@joshm Morning/Daily brief is so common feature nowadays provided by almost all the AI models in many different types. Only the apps which shows you most part of your life are doing good job at it. Dia knows only my browsing history so it only covers 2/10 what’s happening.

@RogersHelps I will go today again, but if they don’t solve, what should I do next you cannot leave the customer like that. What more a customer can do than visiting themselves with identification. Whatever it is, it is ridiculous and I hope @CRTCeng will take some action on it. Report filed
@Rogers I accidentally deleted my eSIM while switching phones. Now, I’m trying to set up a new eSIM on a new phone, but I can’t because I don’t have access to the old phone number. When I visit the store, they says there’s an issue with my identification. Can u help
@RogersHelps The validation team informed me she is unqualified to solve the issue and has transferred me to Tech Support. The Tech Support representative is also unable to resolve the problem and has asked me to return to the store. No one is taking ownership of the issue.

@RogersHelps This does not help. I am the account holder who visited the store myself with all the identification still, the store executive was telling me that the so called system is saying verification declined without even verifying anything.
