@Cornfrmr The rate changed because a new variant (Delta) developed. Variants develop in the human body. The more people who get covid, more variants. More vaccines = less covid, fewer variants. Not saying YOU have to get vaccinated, but this is the science.

@Cornfrmr If I'm a business, I want to decrease the likelihood that my patrons have covid, because if they don't have it, they can't spread it. Vaccinated = less likely to have covid. For businesses, it's about decreasing overall risk. That is their choice for their protection.
