Particularly if you account for how the trees are being used. Eg if the trees are spruce for biofuel then the half life of that 30 year carbon is months. .

@zerothworld @AnnieLeymarie The point is that holistic grazing doesn’t emit very much carbon. Methane (CH4)- where does that C come from? Plants that the cows eat. Methane is then oxidised back into water and CO2. A continuous cycle that has been happening since dinosaurs were burping.
