In relation to Herbert’s arrest and charge(s) - I would recommend reserving judgement as to the legitimacy or grounds for conviction, until such time we are given details of what the charges actually are, and under what criminal legislative Act.

While the reports say it was an investigation into his disgusting BlueSky posts about Ann Widdecombes death, he may not have been charged under Mal Comms/Comms Acts, or JUST under those Acts. There is currently a politically motivated terroristic murder being investigated, with reports the suspect was ‘radicalised’. Given the proximity of the social media posts to the murder, I suggest we all wait and see what the charges are before jumping the freedom-to-offend gun in defence of him.

you posted a picture of a sticker which said something along the lines of “trans people existing does nothing negative to your life, you crybaby bitch.” I responded and said that actually, the idea that some girls are actually boys inside resulted in me being subjected to permanent chemical and surgical mutilation before I was even in high school. you accused me of trying to emotionally manipulate you and said that just because I “feel like I was harmed” doesn’t mean that “all trans people should suffer.”

I was nothing but polite to you, and you blamed me for being medically abused as a middle schooler and called my expression of suffering “manipulation.” you sent your followers after me and I was harassed for days.

then, when you announced you were detransitioning, I sent you a very heartfelt and sincere DM saying that even though our only interactions had been nasty (I left out the part where all of the nastiness was on your part), that I was here for you. you ignored it. then, when you announced that you had faked your detransition to infiltrate gender critical spaces, I commented on that post and said that I was still here for you.

I’ve never been anything but kind to you, you flip flopped between hostility and ignoring me, and then made it your life’s mission for the past 8 months to destroy my career and discredit me. you deserve the animosity I have towards you, and I will never make the mistake of extending an olive branch your way ever again.
