Pennsylvania has now missed the constitutional June 30 budget deadline for the fifth year in a row — every single year under Governor Shapiro. The 2025-26 budget was over 130 days late.

This is a long-standing failure in PA: 13 late budgets in the past 20 years.
We the People deserve a competent government that fulfills its constitutional duties.
