For the first time this season, our next match isn't against a current top half team. It is away at Brentford though. And that one after that is Man City.
@Edingson10 Yep. It felt like your fullbacks were being drawn inside, leaving all the space for Semedo and Ait Nouri.
Thought you were purposefully pressing Toti and Kilman, but standing off Dawson a bit, who was able to clip those balls out to Semedo
The issue with the hybrid 4/5 at the back is that it leaves Kilman and Dawson looking to play the ball on their weaker feet. Kilman especially looked uncomfortable receiving the ball on his right foot, and I thought Spurs' press did a really got job of making it more difficult
🚨🟡⚫️ Nuno Espirito Santo has been sacked — Al Ittihad decided to fire the coach.
Karim Benzema, N’Golo Kanté and all the other stars will have another coach 🇸🇦
@refsupportuk I enjoy that the first clip in the video was a penalty NOT given awarded against United. Refs hate United so much, they don't give the opposition penalties at Old Trafford.
The Chinese owners of Grasshopper Club Zurich are in early-stage talks to sell the Swiss football team to Los Angeles FC, according to people familiar with the conversations. https://t.co/uwfLL3XbI1
Trends identified from the first 7 games:
1) v big 6 teams from the north, we'll play well and with a bit of luck will get results
2) v other teams in the relegation scrap, we'll play crap but pick up points
3) v teams who contest the A23 "derby", we'll play crap and get nothing
I'm not at the game tonight nor watching a stream.
What has gone wrong tonight? Given the anti-GON feelings on my feed, I assume it's a bad all round performance, rather than a few individual mistakes?
@richardworrall1 Could easily have taken points against United.
Not saying we deserved anything today, but it wouldn't have taken much to have gone differently for us to have taken a point.
