Thankfully an “enlightened overclass" cannot coexist with a suffering underclass because they are interdependent. A underclass's existence as a suffering class depends on the overclass's power to maintain that suffering. If the overclass were truly enlightened, they'd dismantle the structures that create the underclass. Right action.

If you have a window and a place to put 5-6 solar panels this unit pays for itself: Airspool WS12 Solar Window AC. Prioritizes solar when available falls back to AC power to supplement. I installed one last week and it kicked on the minute i plugged in the solar panels without being plugged into the wall. Great tech if your setup allows. They also have a minisplit option. I bought a handful of used solar panels for $12 each so the whole setup was around $1100

@ozansozuoz @DavidOndrej1 doubt you’re serious but I’ve been doing this since my big monitor died. using a 55” tv with terrible refresh rate is in fact more useful than my high quality 27” monitor. just saying.
