π A Milestone in the Fight Against Alcohol and Drug Abuse! π
Today, the Authority joined forces with the Ministry of Health @MOH_Kenya and the Tobacco Control Board @tcb_kenya for a groundbreaking three-day Stakeholders Forum on Alcohol and Drug Abuse (ADA) Prevention and Management in Nanyuki, Laikipia County.
The esteemed Dr. Deborah Barasa, Cabinet Secretary for Health, officially opened the forum alongside the NACADA Board Vice Chair @AnneMathu, the Laikipia Governor Joshua Irungu, the @tcb_kenya Board Chair Naomi Shaban, the Laikipia County Commissioner, and other distinguished leaders.
Together, they set the stage for transformative discussions and collaborations to tackle the growing challenge of substance abuse in our communities.
