Please support us in our fight for justice for Vinoda.

#WATCH | Hyderabad, Telangana | On Indiramma Housing Scheme, BJP leader Palvai Harish Babu says, "...The ground reality and what the government says are two different things (in regard to this scheme). The minister is not being accountable. The housing corporation officers and District Collectors are also not accountable. The public representatives are not given any information regarding this. Local body elections are going to be held next month. So, it's purely a hogwash on behalf of the government. It's only for their political gain..."

First person account of #JCB operators who speak about the heartbreak of deforestation, of uprooting trees & destroying homes of wild animals, some of who got killed; all around stubs of broken trees & closer to a university boundary wall near human habitation, dumping of plastic

[Uma Sudhir @umasudhir]

We entered #KancheGachibowli land parcel, one day after #SC stopped felling of trees, without anyone confronting, questioning or stopping us; stark diff between areas cleared of vegetation & those left untouched; we found 3 JCBs still inside though rest of 60-odd JCBs had left

The destruction of 400 acres of forest in Hyderabad goes to show that the lives of your kids don’t matter. We have learnt nothing from our gas-chamber like existence in the north . It is Eco-cide being committed in the name of development.
No point expecting better from ANY leadership. They’re all at the mercy of their greedy, myopic, corporate overlords !
